Your data & rights

Your data and Ollie.

Make a complaint, request a copy of your data, or exercise any of your other rights under UK data protection law. We'll acknowledge every request within 30 days.

Get in touch

Make a request or complaint.

Fill in the form below and we'll get back to you. If you'd rather email, write to hello@getollie.co.uk — that works just as well.

We acknowledge every request within 30 days, as required by UK law (Data (Use and Access) Act 2025), and respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Got it — thank you. We've received your request and a confirmation has been sent to your email. We'll be in touch with the next step shortly. If anything's urgent, email hello@getollie.co.uk.

Your rights

What you can ask for.

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have a set of rights over the personal data we hold about you. Use the form above for any of these — or email us directly.

How we respond

What happens after you send it.

When you submit the form (or email us), you'll get an immediate confirmation that we've received your request. That confirmation counts as our formal acknowledgement under UK law.

We then investigate and respond as quickly as we reasonably can — usually within a few days for simple requests. For more complex cases, UK GDPR gives us up to one calendar month to respond fully (extendable by up to two further months for genuinely complex requests, with notice to you).

You can submit a complaint or request through any channel — this form is preferred because it captures everything in one place, but a plain email, message on social media, or letter all work too.

Escalation

If you're not happy with our response.

You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's independent data protection regulator. Under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, you should normally raise your complaint with us first — but you can always contact the ICO if you're not satisfied with how we've handled it.
