Google review tool for UK physiotherapy clinics.

HCPC and CSP standards apply to every public communication. Outcomes vary by patient, but reviews don’t always acknowledge that. Ollie writes drafts that respect the standards and protect the clinic — approved between appointments.

The short versionPhysio reviews mix outcome-based feedback (got better / didn’t get better) with service feedback (booking, waiting room, manner). Ollie writes drafts that respect HCPC/CSP standards without sounding cold — clinic manager approves on WhatsApp between sessions.

Why physiotherapy reviews are unusually mixed

Outcomes in physiotherapy aren’t deterministic. A patient with the same diagnosis as another can have very different responses to the same treatment plan. Reviews that say “didn’t fix my back” aren’t always fair — but a public reply that says so risks reading as defensive and risks HCPC scrutiny.

Add to that the booking and admin side — appointment availability, parking, reception — and physio practices get a wider range of complaint types than most healthcare. Replies need to flex tone for each.

What Ollie writes for physio clinics

Drafts handle outcome complaints by acknowledging variability without making outcome claims. They route specific clinical concerns to private channels. For service complaints (booking, reception) they own it where ownership’s due.

Examples Ollie handles for physio practices

Outcome complaint after course of treatment, two stars

Review ★★★★★

"Six sessions for chronic back pain, no real improvement. Felt like the same exercises every week."

✓ Ollie drafts

Thank you for sharing this. Chronic pain responds variably to standard pathways and not every patient sees the improvement we’d hope for — we know that’s frustrating when you’ve invested time and money. We’d welcome the chance to review your treatment plan privately and look at next steps, including referral if appropriate. Please contact the clinic directly.

Glowing post-surgery rehab review, five stars

Review ★★★★★

"Three months of rehab after my ACL reconstruction and the physio absolutely knew what they were doing. Back on the pitch for pre-season."

✓ Ollie drafts

Thank you for the kind feedback. ACL rehab is a long road and a lot of the credit goes to patients who do the work between sessions — sounds like you did. Wishing you a strong season.

Booking availability complaint, three stars

Review ★★★★★

"Clinically excellent but booking a follow-up appointment took three weeks. Lost momentum."

✓ Ollie drafts

Thank you for the feedback — and we agree, three weeks between sessions in active rehab is too long. We’ve been working through a capacity issue and that may have affected your experience. Please email reception with your preferred days and we’ll see if we can shorten the gap going forward.
